- Language Barrier: You deal only with our American staff in Utica, New York. The language barrier is eliminated.
- Time Difference: We work around the 12 hour time difference so you don’t have to.
- Tooling: Our tooling experts communicate directly with plants in China.
- Modification of Product: Axis makes sure your design is not modified without your approval either through a miscommunication or misinterpretation. We also make sure your alterations are incorporated into the final product.
- Sample Product: We’ll get you samples to be sure you know exactly what you’re getting.
- Monitoring: Your Axis team and China manufacturer monitors the project and gives you continuous updates until completion.
- Sourcing: We can help you find those sources of high quality, low cost goods that you want to sell on Amazon, Facebook, eBay or on your current website or brick and mortar store. We can also help you get your products shipped to the location of your choice.
- Lead Time: Axis closely monitors lead time of projects. A typical Chinese manufacturer won’t guarantee lead times when you deal direct.
- Payment: When payment is rendered you know where your money goes, who it goes to, where your product is coming from and what you will be receiving. International wire transfer payments can be confusing to the Chinese banks receiving them and/or the middlemen transferring the money between the parties. Or, worse, the money can simply end up going into a black hole…you can lose your money.
- Trust: We make sure you’re dealing with reputable companies. Not incompetents or scammers.
- Travel Assistance: We can even go with you on your trip to China to help you adapt to the Chinese culture and help you when meeting your companies representatives face-to-face. We work with you and will have your best interest in mind.
