For example, the Shenzhen region had a more sophisticated approach and was more organized with state of the art, high tech equipment. He maintains relationships with many shops in Shenzhen where he has built good relations with the owners and employees. They have gone out of their way to ensure the highest quality for projects that he places with them.
His most recent trip in the summer of 2018 was for a customer who wanted to dramatically increase his product quantities. Rollin visited the factory to be sure they could handle the increase in volume. He discussed with the manufacturer strategies and plans on how 
they could best manage the increase for their customer. Rollin even jumped up onto the trailer to help his Chinese counterparts load their customer’s product for shipment back to the United States!
Experience and expertise
Rollin has been a project engineer for C & H Plastics, Inc., an injection molding manufacturer near Utica, New York, for over 27 years. He manages the manufacturing of parts and products, including plastic injection molded medical parts. He’s also a Master ISO 9002 in operating procedures.
He directs all the operations within the quality control and tooling departments. He oversees the development of solid models and injection molds and manages assembly line set-up to optimize production efficiency.
He is an experienced strategists for manufacturers to cut costs, maximize resources, and implement new processes. Recently he executed high impact strategies and improvements that drove a 23% increase in sales from $3.5M to $4.5M. At the same time, he reduced quality losses 75% from $55K to less than $19K in one year.
